- **Document front office**: We handle contact with your firm's clients: reminders, follow-ups and chasers — in the tone and language we agree on — until every document has been delivered.
- **Scanning and digitisation**: We collect paper documents, scan them and turn them into tidy digital archives, legible and ready for bookkeeping. The originals come back to you.
- **Bookkeeping**: We post every document in your accounting software, following your chart of accounts, with the accuracy and traceability a fiduciary mandate demands.

## How it works

1. **We take on the mandate** — You introduce the client and together we define the list of documents to collect, the contact channels and the deadlines to meet.
2. **We collect the documents** — We contact the client directly and follow up until everything has been delivered: invoices, bank statements, receipts.
3. **We scan and digitise** — Every document is scanned, classified and archived digitally, ordered by period and category.
4. **We book in your software** — We enter the data in your accounting software. You find the accounts ready for audit and closing.
